" Le ragazze del Salone - EICMA Girls "
After a year of hiatus due to the pandemic, EICMA, the Milan Motorcycle Show, an international cycle and motorcycle exhibition, is back in Milan.
Almost 350,000 two-wheel enthusiasts visited this year’s EICMA, which wrapped up on November 28 at Fiera Milano Rho, after a roaring success that brought the exhibition event back to pre-pandemic levels and enthusiasm. There was interesting news from the Piaggio group and Aprilia, and the Kawasaki and Honda stands were very popular with visitors. While there were significant absences such as Ducati, BMW, KTM, and Husqvarna, many Italian brands were represented.
And to the delight of all visitors, the “Ragazze del Salone” (the EICMA Girls) were there. Of all the aspects of the show, they are the most photographed and the most followed on social media, and they brought with them a special touch of beauty and provocation. To be honest, more eyes seem to fall on the beautiful girls seated on the motorcycles than on the products on exposition.
While the 2021 EICMA girls were wearing masks, their beauty was still apparent. And they represent a new time coming, another symbol of hope, marking a new beginning from the pandemic. Women and motorcycles are a timeless combination, and the EICMA girls are the real stars of the event, making the show a must-see for everyone.

There was great attendance by both the public (+38% compared to the last show) and manufacturers, with 1,800 brands and 40 countries represented.
Ducati is once again exhibiting at EICMA with its stand being literally invaded by enthusiasts. And not surprisingly, the EICMA 2022 title of “Most Beautiful Bike” went to the Ducati Diavel V4.
EICMA 2022 is a different show than in previous years, with its exhibitions increasingly focused on electric mobility, and with bicycles, scooters, and battery-powered motorcycles playing starring roles. And in further developments, Asian exhibitors have grown in quality and quantity, also thanks to the advent of the electric car.
The beauty of the motorcycles on display is greatly enhanced by the presence of the splendid “EICMA Girls”, the hostesses and models who, like every year, become the center of attention and admiration of the enthusiasts from the world of two wheels.
